This Privacy Policy describes how PROTOprospect ("the Platform") collects, uses, and stores information about its users. The Platform is an internal tool operated by Grey Molyneaux for commercial real estate prospecting and is not a public-facing consumer service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: Your name, email address, and profile details created upon signup or set by an administrator.
• Activity data: XP earned, properties claimed, fields completed, meetings logged, and other in-platform actions used to calculate leaderboard standings and progress.
• Property and contact data: Commercial real estate property records, ownership information, phone numbers, and related research data entered by users.
• Usage data: General interaction data with the Platform used for internal performance monitoring.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information collected on the Platform is used to:

• Operate and maintain the Platform and its features
• Track prospecting activity and calculate XP, levels, and leaderboard rankings
• Enable territory management and property claim workflows
• Facilitate CRM export of verified property records
• Allow administrators to manage user accounts and performance metrics

4. Data Storage

All Platform data is stored securely via Supabase, a third-party database and authentication provider. Data is stored in the United States. Supabase's own privacy and security policies apply to data stored on their infrastructure. We do not sell, rent, or share user or property data with any external parties outside of authorized CRM export workflows.

5. Third-Party Property Data

The Platform may display or allow entry of property ownership information sourced from public records, county assessors, or other third-party sources. Users are responsible for ensuring any outreach using this data complies with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Access and Control

Platform administrators have access to all user accounts, activity data, and property records. Individual users can view their own profile and activity within the Platform. If you wish to have your account or data removed, contact the platform administrator directly.

7. Data Retention

User and property data is retained for as long as the Platform is in active use. Data may be archived or deleted at the discretion of the administrator. Exported CSV files transferred to third-party CRM systems are subject to those systems' own retention policies.

8. Security

The Platform uses industry-standard authentication and database security practices, including row-level security policies enforced at the database level. We take reasonable steps to protect user and property data, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
