Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PROTOprospect ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. Access is granted solely to authorized users of Grey Molyneaux's commercial real estate team or affiliated parties.

2. Description of Service

PROTOprospect is an internal commercial real estate prospecting platform designed to help teams research properties, verify ownership information, manage prospecting pipelines, and export clean, structured data for CRM import. The Platform includes features such as property management, territory mapping, a gamified XP and leveling system, leaderboards, and CRM export functionality.

3. Authorized Use

The Platform is intended for internal use only. You may not share your login credentials with unauthorized parties. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful commercial real estate research and prospecting purposes. Any misuse, unauthorized access, or use of the Platform for purposes outside its intended scope is prohibited.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of property information you enter or verify
• Ensuring outreach activity complies with applicable laws, including the TCPA and Do Not Call regulations
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Any data you export and subsequently import into third-party CRM systems

5. Data and Content

Property data, ownership records, and contact information entered into the Platform remain the property of Grey Molyneaux and the authorized team. You agree not to export, share, or redistribute data outside of authorized CRM workflows without explicit permission. The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy of property or ownership data sourced from external records.

6. XP, Leaderboards, and Gamification

XP, levels, streaks, and leaderboard standings are internal performance metrics and carry no monetary value. They may be adjusted or reset by administrators at any time. The Platform does not guarantee the permanence of any earned points, rewards, or ranking status.

7. Termination

Access to the Platform may be revoked at any time at the discretion of the administrator. Upon termination, your ability to access the Platform and any associated data will be removed.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Grey Molyneaux is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including data loss, inaccurate records, or export errors.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
