Common questions
What counts as a team member?
Anyone you invite to your workspace — researchers, coordinators, agents. The workspace owner counts as seat 1. You can have up to 10 total.
Can I cancel before the trial ends?
Yes. If you cancel during your 14-day trial you won't be charged anything.
What happens if I go over 10 seats?
You can't invite beyond 10 seats by default. Contact us if you need a custom plan.
Is my team's data private?
Yes. Each workspace is fully isolated. Other teams can never see your properties, contacts, or research.
Do I need a separate subscription for each broker on my team?
No — if you and your support team all work together, one workspace covers everyone. Each independent broker who wants their own private workspace would need their own subscription.
